Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

-If we make a mistake and send you the wrong item, then we will pay for shipping of the original item back to us and the replacement item sent to you. If we do not receive the original item back, then you will be charged for that item.

-If for some reason you receive a defective item, it should be shipped back to us, at our cost, within 21 days. At that point, we will send you a replacement also at our cost.

-If your product was damaged in transit, please notify us immediately as we will arrange for the original item shipped back to us and a replacement shipped to you, at our cost.

-Now, if you receive the product(s) you ordered and decide it is not what you need, electronic items like circuit boards, sensors, pumps, heaters, and control panels are no longer returnable. You may however return other items although all shipping expenses (to you and from you) are at your cost. Also, any returned items must be in new, unused, undamaged condition. It must also be returned within 21 days and you will subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the United States.

In stock, ready to ship with in 48 hours with exception of Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. 

Non-Stocked & Special Order Products: Usually ships in 7-10 business days, maybe sooner because we receive merchandise on a daily basis. You will be notified of any back-order with the approximate estimated shipping date if there is a delay with your request.

Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be extra. Please call for assistance.

Shipping ,as of right now, all items are boxed and shipped by FedEx (or FedEx SmartPost) which provides a traceable method. We only use a carrier that provides a guarantees, so that we can guarantee your delivery as quickly as possible. Shipping to APO, FPO, orders over 10 lbs to a PO box, or outside of the outside of the U.S. is not available. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii extra.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
