Shipping Policy In Stock Products: In stock, ready to ship with in 48 hours with exception of Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.
Non-Stocked & Special Order Products: Usually ships in 7-10 business days, maybe sooner because we receive merchandise on a regular basis. You will be notified of any backorder with the approximate estimated shipping date if there is a delay with your request. Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will be extra. Please call for assistance.
Shipping ,As of right now, all items are boxed and shipped by UPS (or similar) which provides a traceable method. We only use a carrier that provides a guarantees, so that we can guarantee your delivery as quickly as possible. Shipping to APO, FPO PO Boxes, or outside of the outside of the U.S. is not available. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii extra.
-If we make a mistake and send you the wrong item, then we will pay for shipping of the original item back to us and the replacement item sent to you. If we do not recieve the original item back, then you will be charged for that item. -If for some reason you receive a defective item, it should be shipped back to us, at our cost, within 21 days. At that point, we will send you a replacement also at our cost. -If your product was damaged in transit, please notify us immediately as we will arrange for the original item shipped back to us and a replacement shipped to you, at our cost. -Now, if you receive the product(s) you ordered and decide it is not what you need, you may still return it albeit all shipping expenses (to you and from you) at your cost. However, it must be in new, unused, undamaged condition. It must also be returned within 21 days and you will subject to a 15% restocking fee.
