Hot Tub Parts FAQ

Are your parts genuine OEM Jacuzzi® and Sundance® parts?

Yes. Our Jacuzzi® and Sundance® replacement parts are 100% new OEM parts direct from Jacuzzi Hot Tubs and Sundance Spas. They're the same components installed at the factory, not aftermarket copies. We also carry trusted accessory and water care brands like SpaGuard, Leisure Time, FROG and AquaFinesse.

How do I find the right part for my hot tub?

The fastest way is the part number, which is usually printed on the old part, its label or your owner's manual. Type it into our search bar. Every product page lists the models and years it fits, so you can also browse by your hot tub's collection or series. Not sure? Email us at info@hottubsupplystore.com with your model and year.

How fast do orders ship?

In-stock items are ready to ship within 48 hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Non-stocked and special-order parts usually ship in 7–10 business days. We offer free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $90.

Can I return electrical parts?

Due to the sensitive nature of electronics, circuit boards, sensors, pumps, heaters, control panels, SmartTub, transformers and fuses are not returnable, regardless of condition, whether or not they were installed, and even if they were ordered incorrectly. This ensures every component we ship has never been damaged or tampered with. Please confirm your part number before ordering. See our Shipping & Returns page for other items.

How often should I replace my hot tub filter?

It depends on the filter. For example, the Jacuzzi® ProClarity depth loading filter should be replaced every 3 months, the Sundance® MicroClean Mini inner core every 4–6 months and its outer filter every 12 months. Each filter's product page lists its recommended replacement schedule. Shop hot tub filters.

How often should I change my ClearRay® bulb?

Every 12 months. Testing by Jacuzzi and third parties shows the ClearRay UV-C bulb's strength drops off sharply after about 12 months and is almost useless after 18. ClearRay lets you keep sanitizer at about 1–2 ppm instead of 5–6 ppm, but only while the bulb is working. Why you should change your ClearRay bulb.

What does an FL1 or FL2 error code mean?

FL1 (or a flashing FLO) means the spa isn't sensing enough water flow. Start by removing the filters and checking the flow switch. FL2 means the opposite: the flow or pressure switch reads closed when it shouldn't, which usually points to the switch or the circuit board. See our step-by-step guides for FL1/FLO errors and FL2 errors.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. We currently ship only within the United States and do not ship to Canada or other countries.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. Local pickup is available Monday through Friday, 9am–4pm, at our location at 3312 Kurtz Street, San Diego, CA 92110.
